Jason Jarstfer is the Principal Broker, Owner, and Lead Visionary behind Century 21 Bluegrass Realty Pros in Central Kentucky. A Hardin County resident for more than two decades, Jason began his real estate career in 2005 after serving in the military. Since then, he has helped thousands of clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate across the region.

After 17 years as a top-producing agent, Jason and his wife Melissa launched Bluegrass Realty Pros with a mission to deliver exceptional client service while mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals. In just 4 short years of starting their brokerage, their company caught the attention of the most trusted, and most recognized real estate brand in the world - Century 21.  After much due dilligence, Jason and his wife decided it would be best to become a Centruy 21 Franchisee and rebrand to Century 21 Bluegrass Realty Pros. 

Today, In addition to listing homes for his clients, Jason focuses on leadership, agent development, and innovative strategies that help both clients and agents succeed in a changing real estate market.

When he’s not working with clients or coaching agents, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, and cheering on Kentucky Wildcats basketball.
